The Gathering Place Block Party
"This ticket grants the holder a 10x10 vendor space for the sale of products at the Annual Block Party at The Gathering Place, taking place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Vendor setup will be on Thursday, and tear-down must be completed on Sunday after 5:00 PM. Vendor setup locations will be assigned one week prior to the event.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, tents, and any necessary equipment. All products and displays must comply with event guidelines and local regulations. This ticket is non-refundable, and the event will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine.
The event organizers reserve the right to modify setup arrangements or deny participation to any vendor who fails to meet event requirements. By purchasing this ticket, the holder agrees to abide by all event rules and assumes full responsibility for their booth, merchandise, and any liabilities arising from participation."
